English Tutor: Conversational Fluency & Aviation English

I teach English with a background in linguistics and language technology. That means I break down grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary the way they actually work, then build lessons around your specific goal: professional communication, terminology, or everyday fluency. I hold a BA in Philology and an MA in Digital Humanities, with three years of professional experience teaching English. I also have experience in Aviation English, having worked extensively with a student pilot on ICAO exam preparation, covering aviation vocabulary and communication skills used in that field. Outside of teaching I play tactical shooters and immersive games like Half-Life and Fallout, read DC and Marvel comics, and lift weights. I'm happy to build lessons around shared interests if that makes practice more engaging.
